Telecom Director of Operations in Mountain View, Wyoming

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
These duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist with the development of Union's policies, practices, and attainment of operating goals.
- Assist in upgrading the management talent base within operations to achieve growth and meet market needs.
- Coordinate support for smooth workflow and cost-efficient product and service.
- Contribute to the overall short- and long-range planning process and assess the organization's annual operating budget.
- Direct the capital expenditure and asset redeployment activities.
- Participate in the investigation and implementation of new services, manufacturing processes, and product or systems technologies to meet objectives.
- Review, analyze, and prepare reports, records, directives, and confers with managers/supervisors to obtain the data required for planning activities, such as new commitments, status of work in progress, and problems encountered.
- Ensure changes and upgrades of existing hardware, software applications, and peripheral equipment are performed promptly and accurately.

Education and/or Experience
- Required - Operational experience.
- Required - A passion for growth and continuous improvement.
- Required - Wireless operator technical experience.
- Required - Leadership experience.
- Required - Ability to travel to remote sites including overnight travel.
- Required - Extensive knowledge of the telecommunications industry including underground utilities, placement, and routing of those types of utilities/fiber optic.
