Part Time - Custodian in Mountain View, WY

Union Wireless is seeking a part-time custodian to help us clean and maintain the work environment for safe and healthy functionality.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, bathrooms, break rooms, and other office spaces.

- Empty trash and garbage containers.

- Ensure buildings and surrounding areas are clean and in orderly condition.

- Notify Custodian Manager concerning the need for major repairs.

- Participate in the rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hour emergencies where custodial support is needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of tools, equipment and materials common to the trade.

- Skills in the custodial, janitorial and/or housekeeping field.

- Ability to work unsupervised with attention to detail.
